1. Service
GetNexSignal is a web-based platform for identifying, structuring and prioritizing potential B2B business opportunities. Depending on the activated scope, it may provide target-customer profiles, data sources, business signals, company information, Opportunity Scores, notes, exports and research or outreach preparation.
2. No guarantee of success
GetNexSignal provides data, analysis, scores, indicators and recommendations as research and decision support. Actual demand, contact, a contract, revenue or other commercial success is not guaranteed. An Opportunity Score is a prioritization aid, not a probability of closing.
3. User accounts
Users must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. Accounts may not be used for unlawful purposes or to bypass technical safeguards.
4. Permitted use and user responsibility
Users are responsible for using provided information lawfully and carefully, including compliance with applicable privacy, direct-marketing, competition, copyright and communications rules. Unlawful mass outreach, spam, deception, identity misuse, automated abuse and discriminatory or illegal use are prohibited.
5. Sources, quality and recency
GetNexSignal may use approved public and licensed sources such as company websites, news, job postings, industry portals and tenders. Information can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect. Commercially or legally material facts should be verified by the user before use.
6. Opportunity Score and automated analysis
Scores and prioritization use configured criteria such as target-customer fit, signal type, recency, relevance and evidence strength. Automated methods support structuring and prioritization and do not replace independent business or legal assessment.
7. Pilot
Pilot access runs for 14 days and includes one free individual pilot analysis. No credit card is required and the pilot does not automatically become paid.
8. Availability and maintenance
Continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, external sources, hosting or network incidents may temporarily limit use.
9. Platform rights
Software, design, trademarks, database structures, texts and operator-created content are protected where applicable. Users receive only the non-transferable rights necessary for contractual use. Third-party rights remain unaffected.
10. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and cannot be excluded beyond mandatory legal limits. Users remain responsible for decisions based solely on unverified platform information and for their actions toward third parties.
11. Privacy
Information about personal-data processing is provided in the Privacy policy. Users are responsible for their own subsequent processing when conducting outreach or using exports.
12. Paid use, term and payment
Individual Opportunity Research may be purchased as a one-time service without a subscription. Paid B2B packages may have defined contractual terms and billing periods. The binding price, cancellation and renewal rules are shown before a paid contract is concluded. Payment is by invoice where offered.
13. Suspension and termination
Access may be reasonably restricted or suspended in cases of serious or repeated breach, security risk or unlawful use.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The applicable law and jurisdiction for paid international B2B contracts are determined by the binding contract terms and mandatory law.
