3. Website and security data

When the website is accessed, technically necessary information may be processed, including IP address, time, requested resource, browser and device information, and server or error logs. Security events may be logged using a non-reversible hash of the IP address.

4. User accounts

During registration and account use, we may process names, business email address, company details, password hash, account and plan status, and technical login metadata. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

Users may save search and target customer profiles, radar settings, notes and processing status. GetNexSignal may structure information from public, customer-provided or properly licensed sources approved for the service. A detected business signal is not automatically treated as confirmed purchase intent; scores are used for prioritization of research results.

7. Email communication

We use email to provide account verification, password-reset messages, service notifications, reports and responses to inquiries. Delivery may involve contracted email infrastructure.

Depending on the context, processing may be based on performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, legitimate interests in secure and efficient B2B platform operation, legal obligations, or consent where required.
